IntelliQ is an AI-powered academic tool that transforms lecture materials into structured study resources. We do not guarantee academic results, grades, or exam outcomes.

3. User Accounts

• Provide accurate information.
• Maintain account security.
• Do not share your login credentials.

You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload illegal or harmful content.
• Do not violate intellectual property rights.
• Do not attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse engineer the platform.
• Do not use the service for non-educational harmful purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant IntelliQ a limited license to process and transform that content solely to provide the service. All IntelliQ branding, software, and AI systems remain the property of JTech Innovations.

6. AI Limitations

AI-generated outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing generated notes, flashcards, and quizzes. IntelliQ is a study aid and not a substitute for attending lectures or consulting instructors.

7. Payments & Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If IntelliQ offers paid plans, payments are billed according to the selected plan. Subscriptions may renew automatically. Refund policies will be stated clearly at purchase. Failure to pay may result in suspension.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of terms, abuse of the platform, or legal compliance requirements. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

IntelliQ is provided “as is.” We are not liable for academic performance outcomes, data loss beyond reasonable control, or indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
